Fish is a vital food resource for human. As a recreational fisherman, my father and I every year go fishing off-shore to catch red snappers. However, by the state of Texas Regulation, we have only 45-60 days a year to catch a red snappers, and currently, the limit is 2 red snappers per person, per day. Depending on the type of fish you catch, you need to know if you are allowed to keep the fish or not, what is the limit to keep, and what is the size limit of the fish.
